Branches Residential Services in Greenwood, IN, is seeking dependable, compassionate professionals to support individuals with disabilities in their homes and community. Day shifts run 7am–7pm with a 7 on/7 off rotation. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus of $600.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
• Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
• Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
