Job summary

Southern Oregon Aspire is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role focuses on empowering adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities to live the life they choose through engaging daytime activities and community outings.

We offer a fully paid training program and immediate hiring. Starting wage is $19.25 per hour with DOE, and weekend/graveyard differentials apply as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a heart for helping others and a passion to make a difference.
• Be 18 years or older, with HS Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay starting at $19.25/hr (DOE). Weekend and Graveyard Differentials apply.
