Workdays include Sunday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Monday–Wednesday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; pay rates are $14.00/hour 1:1 and $16.00/hour group rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide personal care.
• Support community involvement and transportation to activities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support therapeutic plans.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and Monday through Wednesday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00/hour

Group Rate: $16.00/hour
