Job summary

Pinnacle Developmental Care in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide daily living support for individuals with developmental disabilities. This part-time role requires compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a State of Oregon background check.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

About this position

Pinnacle is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Current Openings

1. PT Attendant Care (Eugene): 21 hours a week. M-F 3:30p-6:30p and Saturday 10:00a-4:00p. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Ensure the individuals you support receive appropriate care for their medical and behavioral needs.
