Pinnacle in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities. This part-time role covers varied shifts and requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to support community-based activities.

You will provide compassionate care, document progress, respond to emergencies, and work with families and staff to ensure safety and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a State of Oregon background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

About this position

Pinnacle is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Current Openings

1. PT Attendant Care (Eugene): 21 hours a week. M-F 3:30p-6:30p and Saturday 10:00a-4:00p. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities
