Job summary

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc is seeking compassionate staff to provide one-on-one direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs in a home-care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and transportation, while documenting progress and following care plans.

Applicants should have experience in home care, knowledge of nutrition, and strong communication skills to coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care is preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines.
• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques and strategies.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ability to take vital signs and monitor health status of individuals.
• Strong communication skills to interact with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
