Job summary

Creed Medical is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and support personal goals. You will work with clients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include personal care tasks, encouraging social and community participation, and following individualized plans. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable after hire; evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
