Creed Medical is hiring passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Boonsboro, MD. DSPs assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and work with clients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, documenting activities, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
