Job summary

Creed Medical seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks, promoting independence and community engagement.

You will implement care plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; direct care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and helpful attitude.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.
