Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events.


• Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.


• Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.


• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).


• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).


• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).


• Ability to pass a background check.

Work Schedule:

Schedule: CLS

DSP Schedule when member is in school:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 3 pm - 4 pm


• Thursday: 4 pm - 7 pm

DSP Schedule when member is not in school:

• Monday: 3 pm - 7 pm


• Tuesday: 12 pm - 7 pm


• Wednesday: 10 am - 5 pm


• Thursday: 4 pm - 7 pm


• Friday: 12 pm - 7 pm

Respite: As needed
