Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Durham, NC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Living Support and Respite care for an individual with intellectual disabilities. The role focuses on fostering independence, community inclusion, and a safe, supportive environment both at home and in the community.

Responsibilities include 1-on-1 support, personal care, and helping with daily living skills while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Living Support and Respite care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in theDurham, NC area. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering independence, promoting community inclusion, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment both in the home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, daily life skills, meal preparation, and medication administration as needed.

• Pay Rate: $17.00/ hour for CLS and $15.50for Respite

• Schedule:28 hours weekly (Flexible Scheduling)| Respite as needed
