Job summary

Royal Community Supports seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist an individual living in Browns Mills, NJ. You will provide hands-on daily living support, including transfers from a wheelchair and feeding as needed.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and benefits such as health, dental, vision and life insurance, a 401(k) match after probation, mileage reimbursement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be willing to have a background check.
• Must be willing to take a drug screening.
• Authorized to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal cares.
• Provide hands-on assistance with transfers from wheelchair and feeding as needed.
• Support independence and community integration.
• Follow care plans and maintain safety for the individual.

Royal Community Supports is looking for a self‑motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an individual who lives in Browns Mills, NJ

We prefer an experienced DSP who is interested in working with an individual who requires hands on assistance with changing diapers / transfers from wheelchair, feeding but it is not mandatory so if you are looking for a new career path and want to work with an individual with intellectual/Developmental disabilities this might be a good fit for you.

Several schedules available:

Sunday 9:00am-2:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm

Thursday and Friday, some Sunday 3:00pm-7:00pm

Sundays: 3p-7p Mondays-Fridays:3-6pm Saturdays: 8:30/9a-5pm
