We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual living in Port Reading, Woodbridge Township, Middlesex County, NJ.
This is a community-based position. The DSP will provide support in the individual’s home and assist with safe, structured participation in community activities.

Seeking a DSP to provide in-home support to an adult female who lives independently in her apartment. The DSP should be comfortable supporting her with household tasks, meal preparation, cleaning, and daily living needs while promoting her independence. The individual is independent with toileting, dressing, eating, and most personal care tasks, and prefers to sponge bathe herself due to a fear of falling. The DSP must be mindful of her mobility and fall risk, as she requires a rollator walker for all walking and may need assistance with stairs and other mobility-related tasks. The DSP should also be patient and experienced in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, as she may become verbally agitated or refuse assistance when upset. It is important to respect her need for personal space, allow her time to calm down when frustrated, and use verbal redirection when necessary while maintaining a calm, respectful, and supportive approach.
