Job summary

Royal Community Support in Brick Township, NJ is seeking a self-motivated Direct Support Professional to assist a young adult with personalized, respectful care. You should be able to think ahead, remain flexible, and support communication methods beyond traditional means.

The role includes Crisis Training (provided at no cost) and a schedule at the Brick location. Starting pay is $28–$30 per hour, with benefits including 401K match, health, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities and communication needs.

• Follow crisis training guidelines when needed; training provided by Royal Community Support.

Looking for experienced DSPs to support a young adult living in ******. DSPs must have experience supporting individuals who use nontraditional means of communication, must be able to think and act proactively.

This individual requires you to be Crisis Trained which we offer (unpaid)

Schedule of Services:

Brick location: Sunday 10A-2P or 11A-3P as well as Wed OR Thursday 4P-8P
