Merakey in Marlton, NJ is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. You will support residents with daily living activities, promotion of independence, and positive engagement in a caring home environment.

No experience required—paid training is provided. The role offers a starting pay of $18.13/hour, with Enhanced Pay at $20.13/hour; full benefits and opportunities to grow with a mission-driven nonprofit.

• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.

Pay Rate- $18.13 an hour or $20.13 with the selection of Enhanced Pay.

Our ideal DSP candidatewill have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Be a part of fostering a true sense of pride in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry. Your work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living area observation of activities in progress, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.
