Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living support to children ages 6–12 in a residential setting.
• Support skill-building activities and structured daily routines.
• Implement behavioral support strategies under program guidelines.
• Respond calmly and quickly to behavioral incidents as trained.
• Document care activities and incidents accurately per program standards.
