Job summary

MSS is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Shoreview, MN. This full-time role offers reliable weekday hours (M-F, 7:30am–4:00pm) with no evenings or weekends.

You will support adults with disabilities in daily living, activities, and community access, while ensuring safety and respect in a close-knit team. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid over the first six months, with a competitive benefits package and paid hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide personal care.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personal care for adults with disabilities.
• Assist with eating, medicine, and activities of daily living.
• Lead clients in community-access activities and programs.
• Support safety and respect in MSS centers.
• Drive agency vehicles after DOT certification training.
