Job summary

You will assist with daily living activities, health and safety, and community engagement according to individualized plans, documenting progress and maintaining confidentiality. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with ability to work independently as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ for driving positions.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities and implement individualized plans.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, transportation, and community participation.
• Observe and document services, progress, and incidents.
