Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work directly with children, teens, and young adults ages 3-21 in their homes and communities in HBTS, ABA, and PASS programs.

Part-time positions (6-20 hours) include after-school, evening, and weekend hours. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, teaching strategies, data collection, and fostering teamwork with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3–21 with developmental, social, and emotional needs.
• Implement behavior plans and programs developed by the clinical supervisor.
• Teach, role-model, and apply treatment interventions and strategies; collect daily data.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and clinical team members.
