Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work with children, teens, and young adults in homes and community settings in East Providence, RI. Part-time hours include after-school, evenings, and weekends.

Positions involve implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with a clinical team. Eligible candidates include HS diploma holders, with BHS/ABA experience welcome, and bilingual skills encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bi-lingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
• Clearances (DCYF, BCI, Driving Record) must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3–21 with special needs.
• Implement behavior plans and programs devised by the clinical supervisor.
• Teach, role-model, and apply treatment interventions and strategies.
• Collect daily data on progress and outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and the clinical team.
