Seven Hills Foundation is seeking direct support professionals for Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) to provide specialized intensive direct support to children with disabilities in their homes and community settings. Work collaboratively with licensed professionals and families to develop social, communication, and positive behavior skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3–21.
• Model and train parents and families in implementation.
• Promote individualized, person-centered service delivery.
• Assist child with self-help and self-care skills.
• Teach social and safety skills when applicable.
• Communicate and report data to clinicians and coordinators.
