Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals to work with children, teens, and young adults ages 3-21 in homes and communities. Part-time positions (6-20 hours) include after school, evening, and weekend hours with a $16.00 to $22.00 per hour pay range and a sign-on bonus up to $500 after 120 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• One year of supervised experience with children or related education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals aged 3-21 with developmental, social, and emotional needs.
• Implement behavior plans and programs from the clinical supervisor.
• Teach, model, and implement treatment interventions and strategies; collect daily data.
