Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals for our Stockton, CA program. DSPs support individuals with developmental disabilities in diverse settings, assist with direct care, and help implement behavior plans to promote health, safety, dignity, and growth.

The PRN role offers flexible shifts and pay of $24-$26 per hour, with a $2/hour increase after RBT certification. Benefits include retirement plans, EAP, wellbeing resources, discounts, and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license required.
• At least 6 months direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct care and implementation of behavior plans.
• Support individuals in community, family, or home settings and in Adult Training Facilities.
• Help develop personal care, communication, and social skills with clients.
