COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR INDEPENDENCE, INC. in Warren area is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support individuals to live independently at home.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, mentorship, 24/7 support from supervisors and a team dedicated to client-centered care. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must pass background checks and clearances.
• Availability to work every other weekend, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks.
• Join clients for walks, activities, appointments, and shopping.
• Help empower clients to live independently and participate in the community.
• Provide care as DSP or PCA depending on client needs.
