Job summary

Community Resources for Independence, Inc. (CRI) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in the Lewistown area to help individuals with IDD live independently and with dignity.

Join our team for flexible shifts, paid training, and growth opportunities. You’ll need a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and to pass background checks; weekend and on‑call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to successfully complete background checks.
• Availability to work every other weekend, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support IDD individuals in reaching goals outlined in their Service Plan.
• Participate in community integration activities and social engagements with clients.
• Provide companionship and engaging activities, such as reading and taking walks.
• Accompany clients to appointments when necessary.
• Engage in team meetings to share insights about the client's progress.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment through light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, families and other professionals to meet needs with respect and dignity.
• Practice effective communication and empathy to build strong relationships with those you support.
