Job summary

Connections in Ohio is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Summit homes. Earn competitive hourly pay with seasonal increases and paid training as part of a dedicated team.

You will assist residents with daily living needs, transport to activities, help with meals and household tasks, and support medication administration in a caring, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid Ohio Driver License (4 points or less).
• Reliable transportation and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist each individual reach personal goals or growth; help someone learn how to cook their favorite meal.
• Transportation to community outings (Zoo, movies, grocery store, etc.).
• Meal preparation.
• Assist individual with household cleaning.
• Assist with medical appointments.
• Passing medication.
