Job summary

Connections in Ohio is seeking an energetic and passionate Direct Support Professional to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our Cuyahoga County homes. No experience is required, and paid training is provided.

We offer multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with part-time and full-time options, including 2nd shift positions from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Competitive pay and benefits accompany opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Provides supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living goals and independence.
• Provide transportation to community outings.
• Prepare meals and assist with house chores.
• Accompany to medical appointments.
• Administer or pass medications as directed.
