Qualifications

• Energetic and compassionate direct care professional.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and Ohio driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in reaching personal goals and daily living skills.
• Transport individuals to community outings and appointments.
• Assist with household cleaning and daily living activities.
• Support individuals during medical appointments and routines.
