Job summary

ViaQuest Community Solutions in Franklin, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP). This role provides direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with comprehensive paid training provided. Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Personal, reliable vehicle and Indiana driver's license.
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
Experience in developmental disabilities or direct care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence and safety.
Work with a team to ensure the needs of those served are met.
Teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
Perform household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean living environment.
