Job summary

KETCH is hiring a Non-CNA DSP/Caregiver in Wichita, Kansas. This full-time role supports adults with developmental disabilities in group home settings, including personal care, transportation, and daily living activities. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are required; orientation is two weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of body weight, whichever is less.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Caregiving experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports, teaching, transporting, caregiving, personal care and hygiene assistance, training and mentoring.
• Engage in community outings, shopping and daily living activities.
• Participate in a two-week orientation and adhere to program guidelines.
