Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Maryland to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. This role offers a meaningful, purpose-driven environment where you help clients live with dignity, independence, and confidence, in a team-focused setting.

You will provide hands-on support, assist with daily living tasks, follow care plans, administer medications, and promote community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in disability services preferred; training provided.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate a vehicle with a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications in accordance with policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Use approved behavior support techniques.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some DSP roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs.
