LSS is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Minnesota to help people with identified needs pursue their hopes and goals through person-centered care. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and inclusion, with a focus on everyday support and community participation.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with a raise to $17.50 after six months and a $2,500 hiring bonus. No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities to grow within our mission-driven team.

Formación

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsabilidades

• Build meaningful relationships and provide guidance, encouragement, and support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, and transportation.
• Support community involvement and independent living skills.
• Advocate for rights, needs, and preferences of people served.
• Monitor health and well-being and report changes.
• Complete required documentation and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Support up to 4 residents in a group home setting.
• Collaborate with a mission-driven team focused on dignity and inclusion.
