Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, compassionate and reliable
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise and nutrition
• Foster relationships and encourage community participation
