Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient and compassionate approach to support.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Support participants to be part of the community and enjoy their activities.
