Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, seeks a Direct Support Professional in Minnesota. You will build meaningful relationships with individuals served, support daily living skills, and help participants achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
