Mains’l is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Chico and Oroville. You’ll support adults at home and in the community, helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities.

The role emphasizes compassion, independence, and empowerment, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships. Starting Pay is $18.25/hour, with raises to $18.75 after one year and a max of $19.25/hour based on tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Ability to pass a TB test and physical (if applicable).
• Clear driving record (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Support daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and personal care.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social events, and community activities.
• Teach and model life skills that build confidence and independence.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction.
