Mains’l is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with diverse needs in Chico and Oroville. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, and community activities, helping people live meaningful, self-directed lives with dignity and respect.

We value compassionate, patient teamwork. Earn hourly pay starting at $18.25, rising to $18.75 after one year, with a cap of $19.25, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules with full benefits for staff.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Ability to pass a TB test and physical (if applicable).
• Clear driving record (if applicable).

• Teach and model life skills that build confidence and independence

• Be an advocate and ally for people who may not always have a voice

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $18.25/hour
• After 1 year: $18.75/hour
• Maximum pay: $19.25/hour (based on years of service)
• Flexible options: Part-time and full-time schedules available based on the needs and preferences of the people we support
