Job summary

North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist residents at the Life Skills and Transition Center in Grafton, ND. No experience is required, and onsite training is provided.

Roles include helping individuals with daily living activities, setting goals, and supporting community transition. Shifts vary: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, every other weekend; night shifts 9:45 PM–6:15 AM with two weekends on, one off.

Qualifications

• No experience required; onsite training provided.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and goals.
• Document progress and communicate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks and goal setting.
• Model effective communication and self-advocacy.
