Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English for client communication.
• Must possess a valid New York State Driver's License and have at least 2 years of driving experience for driving positions.
• Previous experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as directed and support individuals in attending medical appointments.
• Implement strategies to support behaviors in a respectful manner.
• Plan and participate in recreational and community activities.
• Maintain accurate records including daily notes and progress reports.
