The DSP will assist with daily living, community integration, and person-centered plans to promote independence.

You will provide compassionate, respectful care, document services, and help with transportation and personal care tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment screening required (background check, registry checks, etc.).
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
