You will document services, advocate for rights, and help with personal care while promoting independence and self-advocacy. Training and employer benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Complete pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety by supporting wellness initiatives.
• Encourage self-advocacy and empower individuals in making their own choices.
• Facilitate community engagement and accompany individuals to work and activities.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
