Job summary

Connections In Ohio Inc is seeking an energetic direct care professional to provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Summit County. You will help residents with daily living activities and support personal growth, including cooking meals and daily routines.

Seasonal pay rates apply, with shifts including 3-11pm and various weekend options. Paid training and opportunities for bonuses and promotions are offered to motivated staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Summit County homes.
• Help individuals reach personal goals and growth, e.g., learn to cook favorite meals.

• DSP Float Position: This is a Part-time or full-time position. We are seeking candidates who thrive on variety in their work experience.

Part-time: Candidates who are available to work 1st and 2nd shift (7a-11p) or 2 nd and 3 rd shift (3p-8:30a) and are able to work at least 1 weekend day. Full-time: Candidates who are available to work 1st and 2nd shift (7a-11p) or 2 nd and 3 rd shift (3p-8:30a) and are able to provide 6-day availability, including 1 weekend day.
