Options For All in San Diego County is seeking an entry-level Direct Support Professional to help adults with disabilities participate fully in their communities and live with dignity and respect.

This community-based role requires regular driving between locations and involves supporting daily activities, encouraging independence, building relationships with individuals, families, and partners, and completing documentation using mobile devices and simple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
