Job summary

Options For All is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with disabilities in building independence and participating in community life. The role involves supporting daily activities, promoting dignity, and fostering inclusive connections across San Ysidro, Imperial Beach, and Otay Mesa.

You will document activities using mobile and computer systems, travel between locations, and contribute to meaningful, growth-oriented plans for each individual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
