Qualifications
Must be trained on ISPs of all individuals supported.
Completion of 24 hours of agency-mandated annual training.
Two (2) years of experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
Support individuals in achieving goals as outlined in their Person-Centered Plan.
Provide personal care, instruction, guidance, and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
Document progress toward outcomes in daily progress reports.
Ensure the health and safety of individuals served.
