Job summary

Focus Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities build independence and meaningful lives in their communities.

No experience required; paid training and flexible schedules are available. Duties include assisting with daily living tasks, promoting safety, and fostering community involvement while building supportive relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass criminal background clearances.
• Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, errands, household tasks, hygiene, and personal care as needed.
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
