Job summary

Braverhood is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and in the community. You will help individuals achieve personal goals and foster communication, socialization, and independence.

This part-time role offers flexible weekday and weekend schedules, paid training, and Paid Time Off, with a focus on meaningful, rewarding work and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with children or young adults preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
• Reliable transportation.
• U.S. Citizenship or valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the home and community.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Encourage communication, socialization, and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Document services and progress.
• Follow agency and OPWDD requirements.
