Qualifications

• 18 years old or older required.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Current valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to adults with mental illness and disabilities.
• Assist with daily living tasks, cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Support health and wellness, following strategies and administering medications.
• Facilitate community engagement and participation in activities.
• Teach life skills that promote independence.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation of care.
