You will help with daily living activities, promote independence, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Provide one-on-one support and assistance with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, household chores).
• Assist individuals in developing and achieving personal goals and outcomes.
• Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and self-determination.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
