Job summary

Ascend Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate HCBS Direct Support Professionals to provide personalized in-home and community-based support for children and adolescents in Walden, NY.

You will help with daily living activities, promote independence, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
